1. Introduction: These terms and conditions (“T&C’s”) apply to the use of this website and any services offered by The Curious Mail Club. By accessing and using the website, you agree to be bound by these T&C’s. If you do not agree with these T&C’s, you should not use the website.
    

2. Services: The Curious Mail Club provides a monthly snail mail subscription.
    

3. Payment: The customer shall purchase the services offered via this website in accordance with the options provided. Upon receipt of payment, email communication will be provided to confirm the details received and the delivery timeframe for the subscription service. 
    

4. Confidentiality: The Curious Mail Club and the customer shall maintain the confidentiality of all confidential information exchanged between them.
    

5. The Curious Mail Club shall retain all intellectual property rights in any material created byThe Curious Mail Club in the course of providing its subscription services.
    

6. Limitation of Liability: The Curious Mail Club and thereby it's founder, Effie Moss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with its subscription services. The Curious Mailclub's total liability arising out of or in connection with its subscription services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the customer to The Curious Mail Club.
    

7. Cancellation: The customer can request a full refund within 24 hours of placing their order. After 24 hours refunds will not be possible.
    

8. Governing Law: These T&C’s shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
    

9. Changes to T&C’s: The Curious Mail Club reserves the right to make changes to these T&C’s at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
